What’s a hype train you somehow completely managed to avoid? Things like never tried Dubai chocolate, never watched an episode of the Office, never checked out BTS?

She was Stratford, CT. They have honored her with a new school named after her. There is also an annual music/food/road race event that celebrates her life and raises funds in her name for education related charities. She will never be forgotten.

Discord Y'all are actually ruining this game

Some of you would rather go out of your way to review bomb and bully the devs rather than just play a different game where you don't need to cooperate or aim. The only drawback of this game is the community. And before you say "get off reddit, it's just a negative echo chamber" these whinedivers are having an actual effect on the game itself.

"B-b-but my turrets can't aim 😢" you have 3 weapon slots and 3 other strategem slots to address the threat, and 3 more teammates, and the turret still shreds basically every other unit on the front. If you want to play an afk idle game, go play a different game.

God forbid this game actually have some sort of identity of its own, god forbid it require cooperation, god forbid it has a shred of difficulty at the highest levels. If you want to play a horde shooter where you don't need to aim, please go play one. There's thousands out there, stop bitching about this one. Y'all would review bomb a cheeseburger because it didn't have chicken.

It's genuinely hard to fathom where you gather enough entitlement to make threats and demands. Mech customization, something that was never promised or hinted at, causing full meltdowns? Crying about monetization in a game where you can have every single piece of equipment without spending a single additional cent? And before you bitch about grinding, you don't have to! None of the warbonds expire! Sure, you might not get the shiny new thing right this second, but if you play the game you'll earn the credits pretty quickly. You might even have fun.

I'm sick of any change to the game being met with entitled backlash, which in turn causes the devs to respond and twist this game from a satirical co-op game with actual difficulty into a game where I can drunkenly solo D10. I'm sick of getting excited about new enemies or weapons just for a bunch of losers to piss their pants and cry until the changes get walked back or nerfed. I'm watching my favorite game die in real time because a group of people that want this game to be anything except what it is.

We've got a good, fun game. The gameplay does not encourage toxicity. There's no predatory monetization. There's no FOMO. There's a steady stream of bug fixes. There's a variety of enemies and playstyles. Co-op is fantastic. Yet for some reason, certain people seem determined to look a good thing in the face and strangle the life out of it.

Rant over I guess, I'll keep playing this game until it isn't fun, which if this is any indication will be sooner than later.

TIL that many public libraries eliminated late fees after finding that fines discouraged people from returning at all - and that bringing patrons back often mattered more than enforcing penalties.
